ABOUT RYAN
SInce joining the workforce..
I have worked in a variety of roles in hospitality, financial services and digital marketing industry.
After completing my HSC, and graduating as a Prefect at Killara High School in 2015 I enrolled into a Bachelor of Business degree at Griffith University, studying online from Sydney
While studying my goal is to accrue a diverse range of working experience, and as such maintain a varied and proactive working lifestyle, employed as an Operations Support Officer for the McMillanShakespere Corporation, working closely with their In-Life Services team to service the novated lease vehicles of over 200 corporate and local clients.
Since then, I have worked as a System Support Co-ordinator for the Multi-Channel Network, working the IT administration help desk, monitoring and maintaining the scheduling of advertisements for Australia's biggest subscription television network, Foxtel.
Presently I am studying a Bachelor of Business (Human Resources Management) through Open Universities Australia and manage a four-peice rock band, BIXIE MAJOR

May 2016 - May 2017
OPERATIONS SUPPORT OFFICER - MCMILLAN SHAKESPEARE
Office administrative role. Re-registering fleets of over 5,000 leased vehicles. Paid fines on behalf of the client and co-ordinated services and replacement vehicles. First point of contact for client and customer complaints. Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
May 2017 – Sept 2019
RESEARCHER - CORELOGIC
Outbound cold calling research role. Contacted stakeholders of commercial real estate properties nationwide requesting general updates on project status. Quality assurance procedures of 95% accuracy were an essential target. Mandatory KPI's of 100+ calls and 25+ 'updates' per day. Basic office administration duties including photocopying, scanning, shredding, emailing. Incentivised new and higher targets for the team though competitions and team building initiatives. Awarded Rising Star Award of 2019.
Sept 2019 – March 2020
GUEST RELATIONS EXECUTIVE - AKOLADE
Outbound cold calling role. Contacted potential guests for conferences relevant to their industry. KPI based role with targets of 150+ calls per day. Expected targets of registering 10 guests per week prior to the event. Registered attendees online and ensured payment information was accurate. Worked in a variety of event portfolios including Retail, Health and Government.
